The staff and nurses are great
I’ve been a patient here for over 2 years. I can honestly say this is a great and good place for those ready to help themselves. I’ve been helped to turn my life around and gain respect again from family and friends. The staff has been considerate, professional and courteous. My counselors have all gone above and beyond and I can’t say enough good about them. If your ready to give it up, if your ready to stop looking for it everyday, if your ready to make a effort to follow some simple simple guidelines then this is where you need to come. The staff has gone from staff to family in my mind all the while continually maintaining peek professionalism.
These treatment centers are here for a good reason . In my opinion I think they save lives and help people get their lives stable and back on track .. Good job Crossroads Treatment Centers .. Keep up the good work guys ...
Terrific center with caring staff. One reviewer here complains that Crossroads uses their privacy policy to keep concerned spouses and family members out of their patients treatment plan. This is actually a matter of law. Unless a patient signs a release of information, Crossroads (and any treatment center, medical center, or doctor, btw) is bound by law to confidentiality. They cannot even acknowledge that a loved one is in treatment, much less discuss the patient with family or spouse.
Weaverville the nurses and counselors are wonderful. I have never been to a clinic that doesn't does not offer a finical detox of ur at 240 Mg and ur having hard times I can not dose without the MONEY unless the speak to the Dr and the director she's not about the patients she's about the MONEY it use 2 n about empathy but sad when they don't care
Great treatment, friendly crew, small treatment center your in an I much quicker than other clinics @mc leod, I been getting treatment for 9 years, cross roads weverville was/ is my 2nd clinic I use to go to mc leod, cross roads is the clinic for me its smaller faster in an out an not as many people, cross roads weverville is a solid 4 stars for me. I'm lol 6 an I have NO problem with staff, follow there simple rules an you will be fine, good luck to you all.
It's not the worst clinic I geuss and it's not the best all I know is I use the med for what it's for not just a substitute buzz and it doesn't give me a buzz I know that if not for methadone I would have long been dead . But anyway since working the program I quit everything I don't even drink anymore it's been a miracle for me. Unfortunately I live in a backwards uninformed state , Tennessee and they for some reason think it's the end of the world but they have a Suboxone clinic literally on every corner in every doctor office, and I've seen people pull up water in their needle take the plunger out and drop Suboxone in and shake it up exspecialy the strips, but anyway it just makes me mad that I've gotta go to another state to get help when if your really wanting to it can help you.
This was a truly incredible. Theyre so sweet and did the absolute most for my brother. He's a changed person and I am so grateful to them! Worth a shot
Always been to a methadone treat, and they are the best
Close to Tennessee where I live, about an hour r so but a lot closer to anywhere in Tennessee. The staff are amazing, very nice and helpful. They also seem to really care about your health and well being. Some of the nicest people I've met. Willing to help as much as possible and confidential. I've never had a problem with any of the staff, good people. Also competitive pricing too. I recommend it.
