I have been going to Daymark for 3 years now. I have had DBT group therapy, depression and anxiety group therapy, I have seen a psychiatrist, and a nurse practitioner. It has all been very helpful. I was diagnosed with major depression and general anxiety. Daymark has helped me to get my life back. I came from a very dark place. I was hospitalized at one point. Daymark can help with so many issues, including addiction. Oh yes, I also recommend their hotline. I have used it a few times when I did not know if I would make it through the night. I would highly recommend Daymark.

Don't listen to the negative reviews. I've been going to Daymark since March 2015 and they have been wonderful. They are great at what they do. They have worked with me and got me the appropriate medication. I have a wonderful therapist there, she's incredible, I couldn't imagine talking to anyone else. These people really care and put everything they have into helping people. As long as you're willing and show up they will help you.
